15. Review Management & Compliance
Genju AI includes a review request feature that sends genuine invitations to real customers only. After a service is completed, customers may receive a satisfaction check asking about their experience.
- Positive feedback (4–5 stars): The customer is directed to leave a public review on Google or another third-party platform.
- Negative feedback (1–3 stars): The customer is directed to a private feedback form so the business can address concerns directly.
This process is designed to encourage genuine feedback and facilitate issue resolution — not to suppress, filter, or selectively publish reviews. All public reviews posted on third-party platforms remain unaltered by Genju AI.
Business owners using this feature are responsible for ensuring review requests are sent only to genuine customers in compliance with FTC guidelines on consumer reviews and Google's review policies. Fabricating reviews, incentivising reviews with compensation, or selectively soliciting only satisfied customers is prohibited.
