Data Deletion Instructions

For Genju account holders

If you have a Genju account and want to delete your personal data, you have two options:

Option 1 — Delete your account yourself (instant)

1. Log into your Genju account
2. Go to Settings → Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account Permanently"
4. Type your business name to confirm
5. Click "Yes, permanently delete"

All data permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Email us

Send an email to privacy@genju.ai with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Your full name
• The email associated with your account

We will process your request within 30 days.

For Facebook / Meta users

Email privacy@genju.ai with your Facebook connection details. We'll remove all associated data within 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Request a portable copy
• Withdraw consent at any time
