We're hiring not hiring.
Genju is a one-man army. The marketing team is AI. The social manager is AI. The copywriter is AI. The automation expert is AI. We literally built a platform so you don't need to hire people. It would be embarrassing if we did.
time zones, and dimensions.
Open roles.
(There are none.)
Every role listed below is handled entirely by AI. We added the salary ranges so you can feel good about how much you're not being paid.
We're looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to own our go-to-market strategy, drive pipeline, and build brand awareness across 30+ countries simultaneously. This person will also write all our email campaigns, manage our social calendar, personalise outreach to every lead, and reply to all enquiries within 60 seconds. At 3am. Unprompted.
Genju needs a world-class copywriter to craft compelling email sequences, SMS messages, WhatsApp campaigns, Google review replies, website copy, blog articles, and ad creative — for hundreds of different service businesses, in their specific voice, for their specific industry, in real time. Must not need sleep or coffee breaks.
We need someone to plan a full week of social content in 10 minutes, write platform-native captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, design scroll-stopping graphics, schedule everything at optimal times, and do this for every Genju customer simultaneously.
Looking for a brilliant automation engineer who can design complex multi-step workflows, detect missed calls and trigger instant replies, chase overdue invoices politely at day 3 and day 7, fire review requests exactly 2 hours after every appointment, and do all of this for every Genju customer's business without ever getting confused.
The ideal candidate will answer every client enquiry within 60 seconds, book appointments, reschedule them, confirm them, remind clients about them 24 hours in advance, remind them again 1 hour before, and then send a polite review request 2 hours afterwards. Must be available at 2am on Christmas Day without complaint.
This role is currently occupied by one human who handles everything the AI can't do — which is mostly drinking coffee, making strategic decisions, and explaining to people at dinner parties what Genju actually does. The role involves managing a team of zero people and delegating everything to a fleet of AI assistants.
Why you'd love working here.
(If we were hiring.)
Industry-leading benefits for a role that doesn't exist.
Take as many days off as you want. Every single day, if you prefer. Your AI colleagues will cover for you without mentioning it in your performance review.
* Cannot apply if not employed here.
Bali. Malta. A van. Your childhood bedroom. We don't have an office because we don't have employees, so the concept of "remote work" is doing quite a lot of heavy lifting here.
* See above re: employment status.
We offer 0% equity to all of our 0 employees. This is, statistically speaking, an above-average equity package for a company at our stage in our industry.
* Math checks out.
There are no colleagues to have passive-aggressive email threads with. No one will take your lunch from the communal fridge. No one will reply-all by mistake.
* Can confirm. Genuinely great.
Unlimited access to Genju Academy — 10 tracks, 43 lessons, everything you need to grow your service business. Completely free, completely available, completely not a job perk in the traditional sense.
* Actually free for everyone. No job required.
Your team includes one AI marketer, one AI copywriter, one AI social planner, one AI automation expert, one AI chatbot, and one AI website builder. None of them will be late to a meeting.
* They also won't show up to a meeting you forgot to cancel.
Our culture.
(It's just one person.)
The values we pretend to have that would be on the careers page of a normal company.
We believe in shipping quickly, iterating constantly, and delegating absolutely everything possible to a machine. The goal is to make the business run faster by doing less, not more.
If a task can be done automatically, it is done automatically. If it's done automatically, it's done at scale, at speed, and without the risk of forgetting. If we ever find ourselves doing something manually twice, that's a bug, not a process.
We measure success by how many businesses we help, not how many people we employ. A company with 3 employees and 10,000 happy customers is doing something better than a company with 300 employees and 10,000 average ones.
Clarity of communication is a superpower. If you can articulate what you want clearly enough, an AI can do it. The ability to write a good prompt is the new ability to manage a good team.
We are not against humans. We are for results. If a human can do something better than AI, they should. But a WhatsApp reply at 2:47am is not where human talent is best applied. Know the difference.

Perfect. Start a trial.
Instead of working here, you could use Genju to run your own business on autopilot. Same AI. No commute. No performance reviews. You keep all the revenue.
We're serious about the product. We're not serious about this page.
But we are serious about the 0 open roles.
